FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often.

Process

  • How does a project start?
Every project begins with a free introductory call. We discuss your goals, lifestyle, timeline, and budget. If we are a good fit, we schedule an on-site visit (or a video walkthrough for remote projects), measure the space, and prepare a tailored proposal within one to two weeks.
  • How long does a typical project take?
Design timelines vary by scope. A single-room refresh typically runs four to eight weeks from kickoff to handover documents. A full apartment is usually two to four months. Full home renovations including construction supervision run six to twelve months. We share a project schedule at the proposal stage and update it weekly.
  • What deliverables will I receive?
You will receive a full design package: mood boards, 2D plans and elevations, 3D photorealistic renders, a furniture and finishes specification list, a lighting plan, and a project schedule. For build-out projects we also issue construction-ready drawings for contractors.

Pricing

  • How is pricing structured?
We typically quote a fixed design fee based on the scope and square meters of the project, with a clearly defined deliverables list. Construction-supervision projects are billed monthly on a retainer. Furniture and material purchases are handled on a transparent cost-plus basis. The proposal you receive after the introductory call breaks every line item down so there are no surprises.
  • Is there a minimum project size?
Yes — full-design engagements start at 60 square meters or a single full-room redesign with custom millwork. For smaller spaces or one-off questions we offer a paid two-hour design consultation, which can be credited toward a full project if you decide to move forward.

Logistics

  • Do you source the furniture and materials?
Yes. We can take the full purchasing burden off your shoulders — from the lighting and stone slabs down to the cabinet pulls. We use long-standing trade relationships in Italy, Israel, and across Europe to access pricing and exclusive collections that are not available to the public, and we pass the trade discounts on.
  • Do you manage the contractors and site work?
For full-scope projects we offer construction supervision — we coordinate the contractors, review work weekly on site, approve technical decisions, and keep the build aligned with the design. You can also bring your own contractor; we will supply the drawings and stay available for design clarifications.
  • Do you work outside Israel?
Yes. We deliver remote-first design services worldwide, with one or two on-site visits at key project milestones. We have completed projects across Europe and have ongoing experience working across time zones with English, Russian, and Hebrew speaking clients.
